A site yet to be consolidated, surrounded by mountains and with distant views of the sea. That is the location of this house that what it tries is precisely to look for these views and to try to reproduce the movement of the mountains that flank it.
In order to achieve the aforementioned sea views and also to guarantee a certain privacy with respect to the adjacent house, the house adopts a clear “L” shape in the floor plan. In order to dematerialize the total volume, the first floor, on the shorter side of the “L”, is longer than the second floor, besides working on both with an aesthetic that tries to blend with the mountains, resulting in forms with a marked slope, which gives the whole a great dynamism
As it is situated in the middle of the mountain and the street is in the upper part, the access to the house is made from the volume that contains the stairs and the elevator, located in the covered floor, and it goes down, first towards the second floor, where the rooms are located and the corridor that communicates them, enjoying this one of a double height where a light cascade falls from the staircase thanks to a glass plane in the same one. Later on, we go down to the first floor, where only the day area is located, made up of the kitchen and a large living room, of which it is worth mentioning its absence of structural pillars, which allows a much more direct relationship with the outside area, through the continuous glass enclosures that allow us to see the countryside and visually enjoy the pool.
