A jump into the sea.
A wish above all: the protagonist of the house would be the swimming pool, which would have generous dimensions and would seem to melt with the sea…
In view of this, the image of the swimming pool as a great springboard that invites us to reach the sea, which, although at a great distance, can be enjoyed from the house with an amplitude of 180 degrees.
At this point, the structural challenge of getting the pool to leave the ground and remain in flight almost eleven meters at its longest point, while to achieve the desired dimension is extended inside another eleven meters to seem to be introduced into the house, enjoyed next to the lounge.
In order to try to soften the aggressive effect of the swimming pool in the air, a composition based on the continuity of the facade is produced: from the access piece, passing through the communication nucleus and joining the following slabs, a white line is drawn that seems to end at the end of the swimming pool but returns to the facade through a triangular wall (that reminds of a sail and that is the element that collaborates more in the subjection of the swimming pool), that is warped in order to pass from an inclined plane to the vertical of the facade.
