Disaggregate by tearing.
A property for sale, with the limitations that this entails, on a plot with sea views, although these are produced in very different ways. That is why part of the form adopted for the house comes from that attempt to seek the views, especially on the second floor, but also due to the topography of the land, with a diagonal slope that made the “L” shape of this house practically alone.
Once the layout and the shape of the construction were clear, it was necessary to try to adapt it to the environment.
This adjustment was made so that the aesthetics reflected the diversity of vanishing points, of the different views through which the sea, the mountains or some other orographic reference of the place appeared. For all this, the image was faced from a disintegration of the orthogonal volume, trying to decompose and practically to tear some of the pieces that conform the totality of the set.
