A shape to adapt.
The site where this house is built has a large slope, which also occurs diagonally to the plot, a circumstance with which we work from the first ideas. Another important issue is the impressive views that are enjoyed, along with the need to orient the house so that the visuals are not interrupted by a residential complex located at a certain proximity.
All this is reflected in the need to adapt and create a form for it: an energetic curve that guides us towards the best views and that houses the main pool inside, so that it flies over the lower floor, where the rooms are arranged. This inversion of the traditional distribution of the floors, allows to place on the second floor, next to the pool, the whole day area, which is the most lived, and therefore will enjoy more of the best panoramic views, as it could not be otherwise.
