The traditional look.
A single-family house for sale, whose aesthetic language the developers want to work with straight planes, traditional materials and Mediterranean image, a sloping terrain, an irregularly shaped plot and sea views.
These are the conditions of this project, which perhaps could have been resolved given the irregular shape of the plot in another way, but the desire to work from the orthogonality was respected. That is why the house, on the façade facing the street (and opposite to the sea), adapts to the irregularities of the boundaries in such a way that recesses are left that, well worked at the volume level, offer a decomposition that is of interest.
The façade facing the sea tries to be as emphatic and simple as possible. This is simplified by the choice of placing the day area and the main room on the upper floor, while the pool appears on this same level flying over the lower floor. Thus, from the second floor we can look out to sea, with a traditional mkrada.
