Protection, continuity and depth.
A plot with a strong slope leads us to the development of a house that tries to adapt to the shape of the mountain, which generates a turn in it that allows it to be directed towards the main views.
At the same time, the will to adapt to the terrain allows us to solve on the one hand a strict regulation. On the other hand, to achieve the privacy that is desired for this house, through a continuous piece that accompanies the house from the upper floor to merge into the first floor, next to the large terrace containing the pool that accompanies the piece and goes into the terrain.
The access to the house is made from the roof floor, access through the volume of the staircase and elevator box, which leads us down to the second floor, designed to house the rooms, and locating on the first floor one of the rooms of the house and the day area with the large living-dining-kitchen space, in a continuous glazed front without structural elements, open to the outdoor terrace and the pool, which has been arranged rotated with respect to the building, accompanying the wall of the continuous piece already mentioned, and thus, enters the plot providing visual depth to the outdoor space.
